Sweet Appams
- Bindu Mohanan
sada chawal (regular rice)- two cups ...bhigona  (soaked) for five hours.
jaggery- 1 cup
banana ripe - 1 me use small banana
cardamom pwd
coconut cut into small pieces and fired in ghee
make batter in the mix add little little water and make batter add the jaggery see that the batter is not too runny..if so add little maida  now add the cardamom pwd and cocunut fried pieces.. pour oil into the appam chatti these have to be fried in oil..cant brush oil.. baki same as above...yummy appams
