Raw jackfruit bhaaji: Variant 2

Jackfruit Bhaji
- Sujata Maselkar.
Pressure cook. Cut into pieces. Fry n keep aside. Now make the usual kaanda tamatar adrak lehsun masala and add fried jackfruit. Mix and cook well till it blends. Garnish with coriander. Looks like mutton.
